At PrepSOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
