Mountain House has a great Breakfast Skillet meal out. These pouch meals are great to take on camping, hunting, and backpacking trips. This skillet comes with hashbrowns, eggs, pork sausage, red and green peppers, and onions. There are 8 servings per can.

Directions: Open can. Remove and discard oxygen absorber. Carefully add 5 1/3 cups of boiling water to contents of can. Stir carefully and cover. Wait 5 minutes, stir again and reseal. Let stand an additional 4 minutes. Stir and serve. CAUTION: container will be hot.

To prepare a single serving: Add 2/3 cup of boiling water to 11/4 cups of dry mix. Stir carefully and cover. Wait 5 minutes, stir again and reseal. Let stand an additional 4 minutes.
